Under sections 42 (read with sections 48, 51, 53, 54, 64, 77, and 114(3)) of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 2002, Dube Phineas Tshidi, Registrar of Collective Investment Schemes, hereby determines the application form for registration as a manager in the notice. Annexure C contained in Notice 569 of 2003 is hereby replaced.
