The case of Brian Molefe, Siyabonga Gama and others has been postponed to next year.
The matter was postponed in the Johannesburg Commercial Crimes Court sitting in Palm Ridge on Wednesday.
The men, including representatives of private companies Mckinsey SA, Regiments Capital, and Trillian Asset Management, are implicated in the R398.4-million Transnet fraud and corruption case.
They allegedly benefited through the procurement of 1 064 locomotive trains for Transnet.
The matter was postponed to April 2023.
