BUSA noted media reports that said it was preparing an application for an urgent interdict against the Minister of Higher Education and Training, Blade Nzimande. These reports are incorrect and BUSA would like to put on record that it is distancing itself from seeking an interdict against the Minister as it is not a BUSA position.
