The Minister of Labour has under section 86(1) of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (No. 75 of 1997), after consulting the Employment Conditions Commission, amended the Regulations in terms of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997 published in Government Notice No. R 1438 of 13 November 1998 and the Amendments to the Regulations as published in Government Notice No 936 of 25 July 2002, as set out in the Schedule.
