Notice is hereby given in terms of section 87(2) of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997, that the Minister of Labour, after consultation NEDLAC, has issued under section 87(1)(a) of that Act, an amended Code of Good Practice for employment conditions for Expanded Public Works Programmes as set out in the Schedule.
