The Minister of Science and Technology, hereby in terms of section 50 read with sections 15, 16, 17,18 and 19 of the Astronomy Geographic Advantage Act, 2007 (Act No.21 of 2007) make the regulations in the schedule. Interested persons are hereby invited to submit written comments with regard to the proposed regulations not later than 16h30 on the 6th March 2009.
