The Minister of Science and Technology hereby gives notice of intention to make regulations in the schedule in terms of section 50 read with sections 7,9 and 11 of the Astronomy Geographic Advantage Act, 2007(Act No. 21 of 2007), in respect of the MeerKAT radio telescope, which are hereby published for public comment under
section 42 of the said Act.
