Once again the forces of darkness are converging against the Vibrant Voice of young people within the African National Congress. All mobilised by being threatened by a noble call of the Congress of the People on the Freedom Charter made in Kliptown 1955. It is outrageous and unacceptable for those who differ with the ANC Youth League to throw stones at president Julius Malema when in fact they are diverting the actual debate on nationalisation of state resources (natural resources).

It is our firm view that revealing into public what president Malema owns, and what he is worth, is a smear campaign. Julius Malema stole no money! Julius Malema defrauded no one! Julius Malema corrupted no one! (President Malema is neither a member of parliament nor a cabinet minister) No law in this Republic restricts anyone to aspire to be rich as long as it is within the bounds of the law and regulations that governs ethical business practices.

It will help none of us in the movement to parade about each other's wealth in public because some amongst ourselves serve in different boards where we accumulate wealth. This does not exclude some COSATU leaders who have wives and partners seating in these boards that make money for their husbands and spouses. Zwelinzima Vavi continue to abuse the credit card that is being paid by the poor workers that are affiliated to his COSATU. Yet no one raises anything about that, whilst our parents go home with meagre slave wages. That is stealing from the poor!

The bone of contention is about nationalisation and we must not be silenced. The bone of contention is about the succession debate in the ANC towards 2012. The bone of contention is about influencing the National General Council of the ANC towards the end of the year. We shall not be silenced by faceless cowards who use media to fight their battles. We are convinced that this is not about Malema, but what he stands for and the entire ANC Youth League. No amount of dirty tricks, slander, character assassination and any other action shall deter us from speaking our minds.

We are the future, no one can stop us, Hands Off - President Julius Malema - Hands Off!!!!!
