The ANC Youth League places it on record that the Spokesperson Cde Floyd Shivambu is not suspended from the ANC Youth League. He remains a disciplined and committed member of the National Executive Committee and National Working Committee of the African National Congress Youth League.

Cde Floyd Shivambu remains a member in good standing, a disciplined leader of young people and is not facing any disciplinary hearing from within the ANC Youth League. Members of the media can continue to make media enquires on ANC YL issues with Spokesperson Floyd Shivambu.
