The ANC Youth League commends and salutes the militant, determined and
disciplined youth of Egypt for toppling Hosni Mubarak. The success of
the Egyptian revolution happens exactly the same day Nelson Mandela
was released 21 Years ago. The victory of the Egyptian revolution is a
great inspiration to young people of the world in the struggles for
political and economic struggles.
Young people of the world under political and economic oppression
should draw inspiration from the youth of Egypt and rise up against
repression. With the collapse of Mubarak's regime, all progressive
forces across the world should contribute towards building of a
democratic and free Egypt,
