The NDCA of the ANC has informed Comrade Julius Malema and Comrade Floyd Shivambu that the hearing for the Appeal against the sentence handed out to them by the NDC of the ANC will be held on 12 April 2012 at 9am on the 6th Floor of Luthuli House.
The date of the 12th April 2012 was suggested in a letter dated 30 March 2012 from the legal representatives to the Chairperson of the NDCA.
