The Minister for Safety and Security intends making regulations under section 9(2) of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa Special Measures Act, 2006 (Act No. 11 of 2006).
The proposed regulations hereunder have been drafted for purposes of section 9(4) of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa Special Measures Act, 2006 with a view to call on interested persons to comment within a period of
30 days from date of publication of this Notice.
