I, Benedict Dikobe Martins, Minister of Transport in terms of powers vested in me hereby, withdraw with immediate effect the Merchant Shipping (Safe Manning, Training and Certificate) Regulations, 2013 that were made known by means of Government Notice No. 432 issued under Government Gazette No. 36578 dated the 1 ath June 2013.
