By virtue of the powers vested in me in terms of the Special Economic Zones Act No. 16 of 2014 ("SEZ Act"), I Rob Davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, hereby give notice that the draft Special Economic Zones Governance and Management Regulations, made in terms of section 25(7) of the SEZ Act, is now available for public comment.
