To amend the South African Police Service Act, 1995, in order to align the provisions relating to the Directorate for Priority Crime lnvestigat1on with a judgment of the Constitutional Court; to amend those provisions in order to ensure that the Directorate has the necessary structural and operational independence fulfill its mandate without undue Interference; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
