The South Africa National Roads Agency SOC Limited hereby, in terms of section 27(1)(c) of the South Africa National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads Act, 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998) ("The Act") grants exemption from the payment of the toll, levied on the following roads:
