The South African Maritime Safety Authority intends, under section 44 of the South African Maritime Safety Authority Act, 1998 (Act No. 5 of 1998) and under section 2 of South African Maritime Safety Authority Levies Act, 1998 (Act No. 6 of 1998), to revoke the determinations published by General Notice 560 of 19 May 2016 as corrected by Correction Notice 567 of 25 May 2016 and has, under those sections, makes the determination in the accompanying Schedule, with effect in each case from 17th of O ctober  2017.
