South Africa's cooperative governance minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma said on Friday that from October 1 the country would allow international travel to and from all countries in Africa.

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa said on Wednesday the country would open its international borders selectively.

Dlamini-Zuma also said the government would release a schedule of countries with high coronavirus infection rates and that travel to and from those countries would be restricted temporarily.
