In  terms  of  the  provisions  of  Regulations  6 (3)(c) of  the  regulations relating  to  the  election  of  members  of  the  Council which  states  that  the  Minister  shall  for  the  purpose  of  any  nominations  in  terms  of  subsection (1) (c) (iv) through the media and by notice in the gazette invite  such  nominations,  nominations  are  hereby  requested  for  one candidate to be appointed by the Minister to serve at the council.
