I, Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, Minister of Higher Education and Training, after consultation with the National Skills Authority, intend to amend Regulationl4(2) of the SETA Standard Constitution Regulations published under General Notice No. 369 of 11 May 2012, in Government Gazette No. 35336, by the following:
