The Minister of Higher Education and Training, the Honourable Dr Blade Nzimande, has published the DRAFT NATIONAL ARTISAN DEVELOPMENT TRADE TEST PASS RATE AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY, 2015 in the Government Gazette No 39077 on 11 August 2015 for public comment.
