Under section 17 of the Sheriffs Amendment Act, 2012 (Act No. 14 of 2012), I hereby fix 1 March 2015 as the date on which-
(a) section 7;
(b) section 8; and
(c) section 9,
of the said Sheriffs Amendment Act, 2012, come into operation
