WHEREAS a land claim was lodged by Inkosi Mtoleni Mbonambi on behalf of the Mbonambi Tribe, which claim was published in terms of section 11 (1) of the R estitution of Land Rights Act, No 22 of 1994 (as amended), herein referred to as the Act.
