Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 11A [4] of the Restitution of the Land Rights Act 1994 [Act 22 of 1994] as amended, that the
Commissioner for Restitution of Land Rights is amending the said Gazette Notice to only reflect the under mentioned property as they are the only properties affected by the claim. The Commissioner is hereby amending the said gazette  to only reflect the under mentioned property as per  reference KRP NO: 1259
