KwaZulu-Natal Premier Mr Sihle Zikalala will on Sunday, 16 June 2019, address the 43rd anniversary of the Youth Day Commemoration in Dundee.

During the commemoration, the country will be remembering the sacrifices of young people who were killed by apartheid security forces as they protested the use of Afrikaans as a medium of instruction in black schools.
