In terms of the provisions of the Plant Breeders’ Rights Act, 1976 (Act No. 15 of 1976), it is hereby made known that all aspects of plant  breeders’  rights,  of  which  the  particulars  appear  in  the  Sections  herewith  have  been  processed  for  the  period  April 2016 to June 2016. Any objections must be submitted in writing to the Registrar of Plant Breeders’ Rights within THREE months with reference to denominat
ions, and within SIX months with reference to applications and grants from the date of publication of this issue, accompanied by the appropriate fees.
