In terms of the provisions of the Plant Breeders’ Rights Act, 1976 (Act No. 15 of 1976), it is hereby made known that all aspects of plant breeders’ rights, of which the particulars appear in the Sections herewith have been processed for the period June    2017    to September 2017.
