I, Mr. G. Mantashe, Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, under section 2(1)(c)  of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), determine that a maximum  retail price for Illuminating Paraffin (excluding the price of any form of packaging) will  become effective on the first Wednesday of every month.
