[1] The appellant appeals against his conviction and sentence for robbing the complainant of her Nokia 6200 cellular phone and for raping her approximately nine times. He was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment on each count with both counts running concurrently.  The court gave notice to the parties that it wanted to be addressed on increasing the sentence. The matter was adjourned twice previously for this purpose.
