I, Nomvula Mokonyane, in my capacity as Minister of Water and Sanitation, and duly authorized by the National Water Act, 1998 (Act No.36 of 1998), hereby give notice of intention for extension of the draft Mine Water Management Policy period as contained in the schedule hereto, for the purposes of general public comments and consultation with interested and affected parties.
