I, Hlengiwe Buhle Mkhize, Minister of Higher Education and Training, hereby publish the regulations set out in the schedule assigning additional functions to the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS), in terms of the powers given to me under Section 4(g) of the Act read with Section 27, for public comments.
