I, Avashoni Renny Madula, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries hereby give notice of the intent to declare a Portion of the Farm Kathu 465 (as set out in the attached Schedule A property description
and  diagram),  as  Forest  Nature  Reserve  under  Section  8(1)(c)(i)  of  the National Forests Act, 1998.
