The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs intends introducing the National Environmental Management: Waste Amendement Bill, 2013 in Parliament during August 2013. An explanatory summary of the Bill is hereby published in accordance with Rule 241 (1) (c) of the Rules of the National Assembly.
