I, Boma Edna Edith Molewa, Minister Environmental Affairs, hereby give notice of my intention to make regulations regarding health care risk waste, in terms of section 69(1)(b), (g), (h), (q), (r), (s), (dd), and (ee) read with sections 72 and 73 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008), set out in the Schedule hereto.
