1, Boma Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, hereby publish my intention to amend the List of Waste Management Activities that have, or are likely to have a Detrimental Effect on the Environment published under Government Notice No. 921 of 29 November 2013, under sections 19(2), read with sections 19(10)(a), 72 and 73 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008), set out in the Schedule hereto.
