I, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, hereby give notice of my intention to amend the list of waste management activities that have, or are likely to have a detrimental effect on the environment, published under Government Notice No. 921 in Government Gazette No. 37083 of 29 November 2013 as amended by Government Notice No. 332 of 2 May 2014, under sections 19(2)(a), 19(3)(a) read with sections 19(10)(a), 72 and 73 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008) set out in the Schedule hereto.
