I, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, hereby under section 28(1), read with section 31 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008), require the Paper & Packaging Industry, the Electrical and Electronic Industry and the Lighting Industry to prepare and submit industry waste management plans to the Minister for approval, as set out in the Schedule hereto.
