I, barbara Uailas Creecy, Minister of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries hereby, under section 62(3) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004), give notice of my intention to publish non -detriment findings for Aloe ferox (Bitter aloe) made by the Scientific Authority in the Schedule hereto.
