I, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby give notice of my intention, under section 97 (1)(b)(ii); (iii); (v); (viii); (ix); (~; (g) and (h) and read with section 100 of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004), to make regulations relating to listed threatened or protected species set out in the Schedule hereto.
