I, Bomo Edna Edith Molewa, Minister of Environmental Affairs, hereby under section 7(5) and (6)(a), read with section 57(1) of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No. 39 of 2004), give notice of my intention to amend the 2012 National Framework for Air quality Management in the Republic of South Africa, as set out in the Schedule hereto.
