I, Bomo Edna Edith Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, in terms of section 57 of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No. 39 of 2004), hereby give notice of my intention to make, under section 53 of the ~aid Act, the regulations regarding air dispersion modelling in the Schedule.
