I, Tina Joemat-Pettersson, Minister of Energy, hereby, in terms of section 19(2) of the Energy Act, 2008 (Act No. 34 of 2008), publish for public comment the draft Regulations regarding Registration, Reporting on Energy Management and Submission of Energy Management Plans, to be made under section 19(1)(b) of the Act, in the Schedule.
