I,Dr Rob Davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, after having published a Notice inviting public coments to the draft National Credit Regulationsi ncluding, Affordability Asesment Regulations, which Notice was published in Government Gazete No.37882 of 01August 2014 under Notice 10242 of 2014, as amended in Government Gazete No.2942 under Notice R.1209 of 206, in Government Gazete No.35327 under Notice R.362 of 2012, as amended in Government Gazete No.37386 under Notice R,144 of 2014, do hereby in terms of Section 171 (1)of the National Credit Act, 205 (Act 34of 205),publish the final National Credit Regulations including Afordability Asesment Regulations.
