1]        This application came before me as one of extreme urgency in the urgent court[1] in a time where the country, and indeed the world, is grappling with living with a new enemy called COVID-19.

 

INTRODUCTION

2]        A remark made in 1961 is as appropriate in the times we live in today as it was then:

“Like it or not, we live in interesting times. They are times of danger and uncertainty; but they are also the most creative of any time in the history of mankind.[2]”
