The Minister in the Presidency responsible for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Mr Jackson Mthembu   will on Thursday 20 June 2019, lead community mobilisation activations in  Cape Town ahead of the State of the Nation Address (SoNA).
 
The minister will conduct a walk-about, distribute leaflets and engage with the commuters at the Grand  Parade taxi rank and Cape Town train station.
 
The SoNA 2019 will be delivered within the context of the current strides made by government to respond to the various challenges facing the country. The address also takes place on the cusp of the country celebrating 25 years of freedom and democracy.
