In terms of section 3 of the Mental Health Care Amendment Act. 2014 (Act No
12 of 2014) (the Act. ), I hereby determine 01 July 2016 as the date on which the
Mental Health Care Amendment Act. 2014 (Act No 12 of 2014) shall come into
operation.
