Notice is hereby given, in terms of the MEDICINES AND RELATED SUBSTANCES ACT, NO. 101 OF 1965 (as amended), Section 15, sub section 9, to the Applicants listed in attachment 1, who have submitted product dossiers for evaluation and product registration, of the intention to reject the application for product registration.
