I,  Senzeni Zokwana, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, in terms of section 29 of the Marine Living Resources Act, 1998 (Act No. 18 of 1998) (“the Act”) hereby publishes establishment of a Fisheries Transformation Council. Further, I, in terms of section 34 of the Act hereby
invite  for nominations for members, qualified to make substantial contribution towards the proper functioning of the Council.
