I, Dr Rob Davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, in terms of Section 13(1) (a) of theLotteries Act No. 57 of 1997, hereby invite interested parties who wish to conduct the National Lottery, upon expiry of the existing licence, to apply in writing for a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Third National Lottery Licence, from the National Lotteries Board; and
