During this month of International Women’s Day, we are pleased to announce that Lara Bezuidenhoudt, the leader of the Finance and Projects team in South Africa and an experienced Project Finance attorney, has recently taken up the appointment of Chairperson of the firm in South Africa, a role that provides overall leadership to the partners in the South African region, including the fulfilling of governance responsibilities.

We are also very proud to announce that two other women, Tania Siciliano and Rakhee Bhoora have also been selected to be members of the six member Executive Committee of Fasken in South Africa.

Tania and Rakhee are both highly regarded litigation attorneys in the firm. Tania is a member of the international partnership board of Fasken and Rakhee is the leader of the Litigation team in South Africa.
